Double Chocolate Cake - Four layers of dark chocolate cake filled and iced with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream and finished with a chocolate ganache drip and buttercream swirls. 

White Sour Cream Cake - Four layers of white cake filled with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and finished with piped borders.

Lemon Kiss Cake - Four layers of white cake infused with a tart lemon simple syrup, filled with homemade lemon curd and iced with lemon Italian meringue buttercream and finished with piped borders. 

Raspberry Kiss Cake - Four layers of white cake filled with raspberry buttercream, topped with homemade raspberry filling and iced with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and buttercream swirls.

Coconut Cake - Four layers of dreamy coconut cake, filled and iced with Italian meringue cream cheese buttercream and smothered in coconut. 

Banana Cake - Four layers of my grandma Ann’s delicious and moist banana cake, filled and iced with Italian meringue cream cheese buttercream. 

Carrot Cake - Old fashioned carrot cake with pineapple and coconut. Four layers filled and iced with Italian meringue buttercream and finished with a piped border. GLUTEN FREE OPTION AVAILABLE. 

Fresh Ginger Cake - Four layers of fabulous fresh ginger cake, filled and iced with Italian meringue cream cheese icing, then finished with buttercream swirls, minced crystallized ginger, and white chocolate curls.

Pumpkin Spice Cake - Four layers of the best pumpkin cake you will ever taste filled and iced with cream cheese Italian meringue buttercream, then finished with a salted caramel swirl.

Fresh Ginger Cake - Four layers of our amazing fresh ginger cake filled and iced with cream cheese buttercream and buttercream swirls and then garnished with chopped crystallized ginger.

Double Chocolate Salted Caramel - Four layers of our dark chocolate cake filled and iced with salted caramel swirled into Italian meringue buttercream, then finished with a salted caramel drip and chocolate ganache swirls. 

Black Forest Cake - Four layers of our dark chocolate cake filled with alternating layers of cherry liquor infused cherry filling and vanilla buttercream,  iced in the semi naked style with a chocolate drip.

German Chocolate - Three layers of light, sweet German’s chocolate, filled and topped with traditional coconut-pecan filling and finished with a chocolate ganache drip and swirls. 

Fresh Banana - Four layers of delicious banana cake, filled with cream cheese whipped cream and fresh bananas, then iced with cream cheese Italian meringue and topped with white chocolate curls. Keep refrigerated and serve the same day.

Naturally Gluten Free Specialty Cakes

La Bete Noire - A 9” flourless chocolate cake made with Belgian chocolate, butter, eggs, and vanilla. This single layer cake is glazed with smooth, shiny chocolate and finished with chocolate swirls and fresh raspberries. Serves 16 - $65.00 

Boccone Dolce - Three 9 inch layers of meringue filled with fresh whipped cream and berries, and finished with a chocolate ganache drip, berries and mint. Serves 16 - $75.00

Our cheesecakes have a choice of traditional graham cracker crust or a gluten free chocolate cookie crust.

Plain New York Style $38 (add fruit +$12)

All of our baked goods are fresh and made to order using only the best ingredients. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible and during our growing season, all of our berries and fruits are purchased locally.  We make our own berry jams and use them in the bakery year round.
