Introducing our Vintage Cake Collection! Check out our scrumptious versions of these classic desserts...
What a lovely shower for Ericka who is expecting a baby in May! We worked with her sister, Nicole, to create a sweet and timeless vision for this wonderful gathering of family and friends.
We were honored to be included in this fabulous styled photo shoot! The desserts featured were vanilla bundt cake, almond macarons, coconut macaroons, and iced sugar cookies. Other Portland vendors included in this shoot were Something Borrowed, Mint and Mirth, jblooms, and The Miller Farm Retreat. All photos are courtesy of Brittany Lauren Photography.
Rosycakes is now offering a French Macaron baking class! Rosie was able to impart her baking wisdom and the trick to successful Macarons on a fun group of women from Kaiser Permanente last week. Such fun!
Rosycakes was honored to be a part of the Oregon Garden Editorial Wedding Shoot! This is an ombre deconstructed cake that fits into this beautiful, rustic setting so well. The gorgeous floral arrangements were done by Swoon Floral Design and Something Borrowed Vintage Rentals provided all of the furniture and wood pieces used in the shoot. Beautifully crafted succulents are a lovely addition to any cake. Whether added to a rustic, deconstructed "Naked Cake," a stack of bundt cakes, or a more traditional cake, these simple plants make a modern statement.
If you are a non-tradtional bride and desire a fabulous non-traditional wedding cake, consider the Boccone Dolce! This traditional Italian dessert is made of meringue, whipped cream, fruit, and chocolate ganache. It is heavenly!

Here's a flashback from last May! Rosycakes created this darling dessert buffet for 3 year old Lucy and 5 year old Zoe. Little fingers grabbed at cake pops, sugar cookies, the world's best chocolate chip cookies (by popular demand), French macarons, meringues, banana cupcakes, AND chocolate "butterfly" cake!
What does a little girl get for being born 3 days before Christmas? A Gingerbread Girl themed first birthday party!
