Cassandra & Mark

Last weekend, Cassandra & Mark celebrated their wedding at the beautiful, historic Sentinel Hotel (formally, The Governor Hotel) in Downtown Portland.  The couple and their wedding team at Luxe Wedding Production chose an "Old Hollywood Glamour" theme, and executed it perfectly.  Rosycakes was honored to create their cake and dessert buffet, which was equally gilded, glamourous, and delicious.  Guests chose from mini carrot cake cupcakes adorned with fondant gold medallions, macarons in three shades of emerald (to compliment the fabulous emerald sequin tablecloth), coconut macaroons drizzled with chocolate, mini lemon tartlets, pecan tartlet bites, salted caramel shortbread bars, white chocolate dipped biscotti, rosemary lemon shortbread cookies, vanilla petite fours, and monogramed "C" and "M" iced sugar cookies.  These treats were almost as sweet as the couple's first dance:)  Congratulations, Cassandra & Mark!
